We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. Shipping methods and delivery times vary by region as follows:

  • United States: Estimated delivery time is generally 7-14 working days.

  • United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, and Asia: (Including Germany, France, Italy, Singapore, etc.) Estimated delivery time is generally 10-14 working days.

  • Canada, Mexico, Norway, Switzerland: Estimated delivery time is generally 10-15 working days.

  • Brazil: Estimated delivery time is usually 15–20 working days.

  • Other Regions: Estimated delivery time is generally 15-20 working days.

Please note that some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations due to regional restrictions. For specific information on zip codes not served, please refer to our service guidelines.

DELIVERY

For all orders from Anesidora, we arrange shipment immediately following successful payment. Please note that shipping may be paused during National Day or the Spring Festival due to logistics holiday schedules. We appreciate your understanding.

  1. Processing Time: Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment. A tracking number will be provided via email once dispatched.

  2. Potential Delays: Unforeseeable factors such as extreme weather or customs clearance may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

  3. Delivery Guarantee: If you do not receive your item within the promised timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with the logistics provider to ensure your package reaches your door.

  4. Address Accuracy: Items are sent to the address provided at checkout. To prevent returns, please ensure your address is detailed and accurate. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the solicitor’s responsibility.

  5. Address Changes: Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once the product is in transit.

  6. Customs & Duties: Any import duties or fees charged by your local customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
